Situated in the centre of the village of Fasoula a short drive away from the city of Limassol, Avalon Village Houses is a family owned and operated complex of 5 individual traditional houses sharing a common yard, garden and swimming pool.

The houses were initially build in the 17th century and were recently reconstructed according to the traditional architectural traits and building materials. They were built in the traditional Cypriot style with full respect to the past and the entire décor has been restored in detail to adhere to the Cypriot era, therefore providing a unique atmosphere.

If you are interested in agrotourism in the form of relaxing and luxurious holidays in a rural environment the Avalon Village Houses is the perfect destination to combine tradition and elegance.

YOUR RESORT The allocations from the 1768 traditional village houses have been renovated and include 5 apartments, grouped around the large shared pool. Cleaning daily, linen change two times per week. The owners of the facility are on site and take care of attention to the guests.


POOL AREA swimming pool with loungers and parasols, showers and toilets.

BEACH The beaches of Limassol are available in about 20 minutes by car. Chairs and umbrella rental (fee). Water sports. Other beaches such as the "Govenor's Beach" or the "Ladies Mile" is around 30 minutes drive away.

FOOD (on request is prepared on site breakfast). If desired, typical Cypriot dishes are prepared (there is a small menu).
